"2 Camcorders and an iMac" is a camcorder-shot documentary that "follows" Cosmicity from 1997 to retirement in 2004. This DVD has poor picture quality, bad editing, and often unintelligible audio. But none of that matters. What matters is that it's real. It is everything I managed to capture with mycamcorders over the years.
It's stupid... it's funny... it's
emotional... it's pointless... it's meaningful. Yes. All at the same time. Fans
of Cosmicity will walk away with a never-before-revealed perspective on the
band they've enjoyed over the years. People just discovering Cosmicity will
wonder why the band has any fans at all. Either way you'll want to pick up a
copy of "Definitive"
(on KMA Records) so you can
revisit this strange yet riveting DVD whenever you're moved to do so*.
